The role oversees regulatory compliance, operational reputed company, audits, reporting, licensing, and cross-functional initiatives including M&A integration.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of reputed company's reputed company Transmitter License (MTL) program, including renewals, filings, examinations, reporting obligations, and ongoing regulatory requirements
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of U.S. and non-U.S. MSB licensing programs, initially reputed company on Canada and expanding to additional jurisdictions as reputed company grows
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments impacting licensed activities and partner with reputed company and reputed company advisors to evaluate compliance obligations and business impacts
  • Maintain licensing records, evidence repositories, compliance calendars, and documentation necessary to support regulatory, governance, and business requirements
  • Support the development and reputed company improvement of policies, procedures, and processes that reputed company compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate communications and information requests from regulators, licensing authorities, consultants, and other reputed company stakeholders
  • Participate and manage reputed company reputed company renewal process
  • Support required regulatory reporting and filings across applicable jurisdictions
  • Support implementation and maintenance of compliance and operational reputed company frameworks for regulated payments and licensing activities

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, payments, financial services, reputed company management, or a reputed company reputed company
  • Familiarity with reputed company transmitter licensing, payment services regulation, licensing governance, or operational reputed company management frameworks
  • Experience supporting audits, examinations, or regulatory reviews
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across reputed company, compliance, finance, and operational teams
  • Experience supporting compliance programs in regulated industries preferred
  • Experience with the reputed company Multistate Licensing reputed company (NMLS) strongly preferred

  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills
