The Inside Sales Specialist supports the sales team by managing quotations, reputed company, pipeline and sales reporting, customer information, reputed company follow-up, order fulfillment, invoicing, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to prepare and reputed company accurate sales quotations
• Prepare, process, and maintain sales reputed company and reputed company documentation
• Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and business reputed company reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in reputed company
• Support Account Managers with reputed company follow-up and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns

• Partner with reputed company to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure successful delivery
• Partner with reputed company and Finance to ensure invoices are completed accurately and on time
