[Remote] Research Administrator Associate (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

The Research Administrator Associate coordinates reputed company-award and post-award research administration, including proposal development, budgeting, grant financial management, compliance, and collaboration with reputed company and university offices.
Responsibilities
- The role entails coordinating the administrative aspects of the research process for both reputed company and internal funding
- Responsibilities include assisting in proposal creation by sourcing relevant materials, formatting, and editing; supporting the development of multi-year budgets and budget justifications; coordinating with reputed company stakeholders as needed; and ensuring proposals are routed promptly through the institutional approval process
- Post-award activities are primarily financial in reputed company and will include projecting and updating encumbrances, analysis of reputed company accounts, preparing and reviewing financial transactions, and monitoring appropriateness for grant funding and allowability
- May compile statistical, reputed company, or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such reputed company as journal entries, vouchers, and reputed company transactions such as expenditures for materials, equipment, support staff, and travel

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Typically, with one year of relevant research administrative experience and/or higher level financial activities
