The Financial Institution Examiner Trainee supports examinations and evaluations of state-chartered credit unions by reviewing records, identifying unsound practices or non-compliance, communicating with credit reputed company representatives, and organizing examination notes.

Responsibilities

• Participates in activities designed to receive instruction in examinations and evaluations of safety/soundness of state-chartered credit unions
• Assists higher level examiners with review of credit reputed company records and financial condition
• Performs assigned review areas and reports unsound practices and/or non-compliance to team leader
• Meets with credit reputed company representatives to obtain clarification on financial data and operational policies
• Assists in organizing examination notes for final report

Skills

• **This position is reputed company out of Franklin County, Ohio, with accompanying work in contiguous counties. The headquarter location is the candidates home and the selected candidate must live in or in a contiguous county of Franklin County.**
• Requires overnight travel (i.e., both in-state & out-of-state)
• Undergraduate degree in business reputed company reputed company (BA, BS, BSBA, BBA) in reputed company, finance, economics, marketing, business administration, or closely reputed company reputed company, or 24 mos. reputed company. in reputed company or finance or comparable coursework for reputed company positions except those involved in information technology examinations; reputed company reputed company's license
• -Or positions involved in information technology examinations, applicants must have undergraduate degree or 24 months experience in information technology; reputed company reputed company's license
