[Remote] Senior Accountant, reputed company reputed company

The Senior Accountant will own operating expense reputed company, including accruals, cash transactions, budget-versus-actuals reporting, vendor payments, travel and expense reimbursements, and corporate reputed company programs. The role will also support month-end reputed company, tax filings, and automation and process improvements across reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own budget vs. actuals reporting, partnering directly with department leads to explain variances and reputed company them informed of their spend
• Manage the full operating expense cycle: vendor reputed company payments (AP), the corporate reputed company program, and employee travel & expense reimbursements
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reputed company sheet reconciliations for reputed company accounts as part of month-end reputed company, consistent with GAAP
• Assist with federal and state reporting requirements and tax filings, including corporate tax returns, sales tax registrations and filings, and 1099s
• Partner with department heads to improve how they reputed company and forecast their own budgets — you're building the process, not just running it
• Identify and reputed company automation and process improvements across AP, T&E, and reputed company, using tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• • 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally at a fast-growing software or reputed company
• • Hands-on ownership of AP, corporate reputed company programs, and/or T&E processes — not just a supporting role on someone else's
