[Remote] Project Procurement Manager

The role develops and executes procurement strategies for equipment, materials, and services, manages sourcing and negotiations, and oversees supplier reputed company, delivery, and reputed company mitigation for capital reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as reputed company reputed company of contact (for assigned categories) between Procurement and Project Managers & Engineers (the “reputed company team”) as reputed company as the reputed company reputed company with suppliers & contractors to ensure cost, reputed company, and delivery objectives are met
• Collaborates with the reputed company team to reputed company project procurement strategies, plans, and schedules
• Identifies opportunities to aggregate volumes for reputed company reputed company terms (e.g., pricing, delivery, etc.) reputed company on multi-year Capital Plan
• Leads and manages RFQ/RFP process from issuance to facilitating technical bid analysis & evaluation with the Project team; Develops award recommendation in collaboration with the Project team
• Leads supplier/contractor negotiations to ensure reputed company reputed company and contract terms
• Drafts & executes agreements (including Purchase Orders) with reputed company terms and technical documentation while adhering to corporate policies & reputed company mitigation strategies
• Manage agreements in accordance with applicable payment & overall project schedules
• Manage & reputed company equipment & material status through delivery including warehousing and temporary/long-term storage as necessary
• Monitor and manage supplier reputed company to include reputed company reputed company of issues/risks to cost and/or schedule
• Communicate execution to Project Procurement Plan (to include issues/risks) to Project team
• Qualifies prospective suppliers reputed company on-site assessments of their manufacturing/testing facility and reputed company management reputed company; Subsequently performs periodic reputed company audits at reputed company suppliers’ facilities
• Monitor and report on category reputed company, including benefits contribution (cost savings/avoidance), cost/price benchmarking, and supplier reputed company metrics

Skills

• • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant discipline
• • Minimum of 5-10 years of Procurement experience with 3+ years of reputed company capital reputed company
• • Commercially minded procurement/sourcing reputed company who understands capital equipment and plant operation s , is confident negotiating with suppliers, can work with technical teams, and can influence stakeholders to reputed company cost, reputed company, and project results
• This position can be performed on site at corporate reputed company or reputed company with 25% travel to our various facilities and suppliers
• • Experience with equipment/supplies and services in a chemical plant, refinery or similar industry (Preferred)
• • Experience with ERP Procurement module (JDE preferred)
