[Remote] Sr. Accountant

The role focuses on financial reputed company, reconciliations, accounts receivable, cash application, audit support, reputed company-reputed company transactions, and process improvement while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Research and reputed company reconciling items in a reputed company manner
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities
• Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and supported by appropriate documentation
• Analyze accounts receivable balances and aging trends
• Investigate unapplied cash, aged balances, and customer account discrepancies

• Monitor and support cash application and reconciliation activities
