Play reputed company is seeking an reputed company Part-Time Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across multiple markets. The role owns the day-to-day reputed company process, including managing requisitions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining the candidate pipeline, and moving reputed company candidates through the hiring process in a fully reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage job requisitions/job breakdowns reputed company on reputed company hiring needs
• Review and refresh older job postings to increase visibility and candidate activity
• reputed company and identify reputed company candidates for reputed company
• Review applications and resumes
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and screenings
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, availability, professionalism, and overall fit
• Coordinate reputed company interviews with company leadership reputed company needed
• Follow up with candidates throughout the reputed company process
• Maintain an organized pipeline of reputed company candidates and reputed company
• reputed company, update, or repost positions as hiring needs change
• Assist with hiring across multiple locations and markets

Skills

• Be comfortable conducting candidate interviews independently
• Have experience creating and managing job postings and requisitions
