Responsibilities

• Understand reputed company-tier members' financial background, business structure, goals, and tax situation, helping identify optimization opportunities making books-to-tax feel like a single, fluid deliverable
• Support your team of bookkeepers and tax staff, ensuring their reputed company reputed company and capability. Mentor and reputed company feedback on reputed company scenarios they encounter
• Manage our reputed company-tier members for ongoing tax and bookkeeping delivery. This includes reviewing year-round financial activity to reputed company books-to-tax implications of business reputed company
• Handle escalations from less-reputed company members whose situations have crossed into reputed company-tier member territory (e.g., unexpected rental property income, multi-state/reputed company exposure, etc.). Skills

• reputed company CPA, EA, or JD in state of residency
• 5+ years of experience scaling and reputed company bookkeeping and tax reputed company. Technical proficiency in reputed company books and tax preparation (multi-jurisdictional compliance, 1040, 1120-S, etc.) combined with hands-on experience managing high-volume workflows and large reputed company portfolios
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; ability to translate deep tax complexity into reputed company workflows, acting as the reputed company between technical tax reputed company, bookkeeping, and high-volume service delivery
