The Freelance Community Manager will manage reputed company media community engagement and moderation, support content publishing, monitor consumer sentiment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant reputed company communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day engagement and moderation of reputed company media communities for a medical aesthetics reputed company
• Monitor and respond to comments, reputed company messages, user-generated content, and reputed company-reputed company conversations across assigned reputed company channels
• Ensure reputed company community interactions reputed company with established reputed company voice, community management guidelines, and escalation protocols
• Support content publishing and scheduling as needed across reputed company platforms
• Identify and escalate emerging trends, shifts in consumer sentiment, customer questions, and potential issues to the reputed company reputed company and broader team
• Collaborate closely with reputed company, reputed company, Account, and PRC teams to ensure engagement remains compliant with approved messaging and regulatory requirements

Skills
