What you’ll be challenged to do: As a Contract reputed company Specialist, you will assist with contract data entry and maintenance in reputed company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) reputed company of record, serving as a reputed company between Business Development and Project Teams. Identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract documentation. Coordinate with reputed company and project teams to administer the contract review, approval and execution process and ensure that contract records are complete and accurate in the CLM. Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and data reputed company. Ensure adherence to internal policies, reputed company requirements, and industry regulations. Assist in developing templates, checklists, and SOPs for contract administration.
