The role combines hands-on AI development with platform administration, governance, architecture, and operational support. You will build both low-reputed company and custom AI agents using reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI reputed company, and reputed company Platform, while ensuring secure and reliable lifecycle management of reputed company AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, reputed company, and support reputed company AI agents
• reputed company both low-reputed company and custom AI solutions using reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI reputed company, and reputed company Platform
• Administer reputed company Agent 365, reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, reputed company Platform environments, and Dataverse
• reputed company AI agents with reputed company Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, reputed company, Azure services, and reputed company applications
• Define and implement AI-agent governance and lifecycle-management standards
• Manage agent configuration, publishing, permissions, monitoring, reporting, and retirement
• Manage organisational Agent Store and agent catalogue
• Advise on AI architecture, licensing, platform configuration, consumption, and build-versus-buy reputed company
• Ensure AI solutions meet reputed company reputed company, compliance, reputed company-control, and responsible-AI requirements
• reputed company second- and reputed company-line technical support for AI and Copilot solutions
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, configuration, and reputed company issues
• reputed company operational documentation, administration procedures, support runbooks, and knowledge materials
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience in IT solution design, development, administration, or support
• reputed company 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI reputed company, and reputed company Platform
• Strong technical knowledge of reputed company Agent 365, reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI reputed company, reputed company Platform, and Dataverse
• Strong understanding of reputed company AI, reputed company, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance, and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting AI agents, chatbots, or automation solutions
• Ability to reputed company both low-reputed company and custom AI agents
• Experience integrating solutions with reputed company Graph, SharePoint, Teams, reputed company, Azure services, and reputed company applications
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, lifecycle-management processes, or platform operating models

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
