Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more reputed company software development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline.

• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company teams using Scrum and/or Kanban to reputed company reputed company software products.
• Strong understanding of reputed company methodologies, Scrum, Lean principles, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and DevSecOps concepts.
