About the Role:
The MVR Specialist is a project manager at heart, owning the end-to-end process of organizing and managing the Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) state specific reputed company process for our customers' compliance teams. You will juggle dozens of simultaneous reputed company at once, reputed company with its own state-specific paperwork, timelines, and stakeholders, so strong organizational instincts and a bias for follow-through are essential. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Product Specialists, and sits at the intersection of compliance reputed company, vendor management, and customer communication.
Day to day, you will submit and reputed company state paperwork, serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact with our reputed company vendor partner, and correspond directly with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to reputed company every project moving. - Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR reputed company at once, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps for reputed company
- Prepare, submit, and reputed company state paperwork required to initiate and maintain MVR reputed company on behalf of customers
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact with our reputed company vendor partner, coordinating requests and resolving issues as they reputed company
- Communicate reputed company and proactively with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to reputed company status updates and reputed company reputed company items
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across reputed company reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company falls through the cracks
- Identify and escalate roadblocks that could delay project completion, and reputed company them to reputed company
reputed company're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance reputed company, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with paperwork-heavy, process-driven workflows

- A proactive, ownership-driven reputed company with the ability to work independently in a fast-reputed company environment
