Contractor - reputed company QA Engineer 4 (reputed company Sect III)

NOTE: This is a 40 hour per week contract position anticipated to last between 6 - 12 months. POSITION reputed company:The reputed company Assurance team is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the NuScale reputed company assurance program, including supplier and internal reputed company activities. Using reputed company and frequent communication between other reputed company and departments as reputed company as suppliers, the person in this position provides guidance regarding compliance with applicable reputed company regulatory requirements as reputed company as reputed company III of the reputed company Boiler and Pressure Vessel reputed company. In support of Project Manager, reputed company reputed company, there will likely be interactions with the AIA, reputed company committees and other stakeholders on behalf of NuScale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops, evaluates, and maintains NuScale reputed company assurance program processes including writing instructions, procedures, and other requirement and guidance documents for the reputed company assurance program.
• Reviews NuScale Level 2 and higher procedures for compliance with the reputed company Assurance Program reputed company (QAPD – 10CFR50 Appendix B and other international standards) and reputed company reputed company Assurance reputed company (NQAM – reputed company reputed company reputed company III).
• Supports reputed company reputed company III supplier qualification and implementation audits, including surveillances; internal reputed company assurance audits, surveillances, and assessments; may reputed company or participate in reputed company analyses. After becoming certified as a reputed company Auditor, this responsibility will include leading audits as assigned.
• Provides support on various reputed company reputed company reputed company III activities such as reviewing changes to the reputed company, assisting reputed company Assurance personnel in evaluating reputed company supplier QA program documents, and review of NuScale procurement documents for reputed company items and services.

• Assists in providing formal and on-the-job reputed company Assurance training to NuScale staff.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:

• Education:A minimum of a B.S. or B.A degree is required. A technical degree is preferred. Alternatively, an additional 8 years of full-time, highly relevant working experience (18 years total) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience:A minimum of 10 years of experience associated with development and/or implementation of reputed company reputed company assurance programs, with a minimum of 5years’ experienceimplementing an reputed company BPVC reputed company III program, including certification of data reports and reputed company with Authorized reputed company Inspectors is required. Demonstrated understanding and implementation of reputed company assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of reputed company BPVC reputed company III is required with corresponding understanding of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 and other international regulations and standards. Must have excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation and interpersonal skills, along with demonstrated ability to successfully manage reputed company tasks and reputed company. Additional experience in the following areas is desired:
  • reputed company or previously certified reputed company Auditor in an NQA-1 or 10 CFR 50 Appendix B program highly preferred. Successful candidate will need to become a certified reputed company Auditor.
  • Experience with application of ISO 9001 reputed company requirements in conjunction with NQA-1 and Appendix B, international experience is a plus.
• Industry Requirements:Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
