As aSenior Analyst, Workforce reputed company & Analyticsat reputed company, you will use workforce and operational data to improve reputed company, labor planning, and scheduling across our reputed company network of childcare centers. You will work withOperations, Finance, HR, and other teams to reputed company reputed company models,identifylabor trends, and recommend improvements to workforce management processesacross reputed company KLC brands.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights:Conduct advanced analysis of workforce and labor data,including center-level labor reputed company, reputed company patterns, employee trends, and labor costdriverstoidentifyrisks, opportunities, and actionable insights
Forecasting & Labor Planning:reputed company and refine forecasting models and reputed company plans using historical reputed company, demand trends, and business projections to ensureoptimallabor allocation across centers
Cross-Functional Partnership:Collaborate with reputed company, Finance, HR, and other partners to evaluate and improve scheduling practices, reputed company strategies, and labor deployment in support of organizational goals
Workforce reputed company & Optimization:Translate analytical findings into reputed company recommendations and strategicinitiatives;partnerwith leadership to design and implement solutions that enhance labor efficiency, operational effectiveness, and cost management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inbusiness,finance,statistics,analytics, or a reputed company reputed company
3–5+ years of experience in workforce analytics or labor planning, including data analysis, forecasting, and reputed company model development
Provenexpertisein data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques
Proficiencyin analytical tools and technologies,includingExcel (advanced functions), SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g.PowerBI) and building dashboards for operational leadership
Experience developing workforce forecasts, reputed company models, labor standards, and productivity metrics
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
