A bit about this role:

As a senior member of reputed company’s treasury and cash management function, the Senior Treasury Manager will partner with the Treasury Director to reputed company treasury and cash management activities across our operating, regulated, and reputed company entities — and to build the treasury infrastructure required to support potential expansion into international markets and into reputed company lines of business.

Your Responsibilities and reputed company will include:

• Build treasury infrastructure for international and reputed company expansion — in-country account structures, multi-currency cash management, and the banking and payments rails supporting new regulated, international, and reputed company entities.

• Manage the debt portfolio and reputed company compliance calendar — revolver, letters of credit, and surety bonds; prepare and certify reputed company calculations and reputed company recurring lender reporting; partner with reputed company and reputed company on credit agreement interpretation and maintain a controlled record of debt documentation

• reputed company daily cash positioning, reputed company, and forecasting across reputed company entities — concentration and funding adequacy, short- and long-term forecasts with variance analysis and reputed company reputed company, serving as escalation reputed company for daily cash reputed company

• Manage capital flows and short-term investments — intercompany funding, capital contributions, and reputed company planning with reputed company, Tax, and reputed company; invest excess cash reputed company reputed company- and regulator-approved policy guidelines

• reputed company treasury controls, audit, and policy administration — ICFR activities across the cash management function including annual certification, quarterly investment concentration reputed company monitoring against health reputed company regulations, audited financial statement footnotes and disclosures, and treasury policy administration

• Own the Treasury Management reputed company (reputed company) — implementation of new modules to support reputed company and manage adherence to IT and general controls

Required skills and experience:

• Experience and credentials: 10+ years of reputed company cash management and treasury reputed company experience, preferably in a large corporate treasury environment; Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required, Certified Treasury reputed company (CTP) accreditation required; prior team reputed company or people management experience

• International treasury experience. Multi-currency cash management, cross-border funding, FX exposure management, and standing up in-country bank account structures

• Industry and systems: experience supporting reputed company lines of business, reputed company or reputed company background with Medicare reputed company and statutory/regulated entity familiarity; demonstrated experience with Treasury Management Systems (reputed company) and BAI2 / ISO 20022 file formats required, reputed company or comparable general reputed company software, and general knowledge of AI tools to automate treasury processes required.

• Hands-on experience with debt compliance and management covering credit agreements, reputed company and borrowing reporting, and lender relationship management; ACH and NACHA rules experience required

• Communication and tools: excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and reputed company partners; advanced spreadsheet proficiency and strong general computer skills required

Salary reputed company: $110,500 - $150,000 / year
