[Remote] Technical Analyst - Learning Platform Support & Reporting (Remote)

The role manages platform support, application enhancements, reporting, data analysis, and content coordination while collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze gaps and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and systems and services
• Collaborates with internal departments and end users with the reputed company-defined reputed company
• Collects data and conducts analysis for reputed company and enhancement through collaboration with organizational teams
• Drives implementation of changes for application, reputed company, Infrastructure and services to meet organization needs

Skills

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company reputed company OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in reputed company to the required work experience
