[Remote] Manager, eDiscovery Project Management

The Manager for the Forensic Technology – Project Management Team independently manages reputed company eDiscovery and forensic technology reputed company, coordinating teams and reputed company stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery, reputed company, and reputed company confidence. The role leads project reputed company and execution, oversees eDiscovery workflows, manages risks and escalations, mentors junior team members, and supports reputed company continuity and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a reputed company day-to-day reputed company contact for assigned reputed company and helps maintain continuity across the FTS reputed company, clients, counsel, and internal delivery teams
• Responds directly to reputed company requests and provides practical consultation reputed company the reputed company of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including coordination with Digital Forensics, eDiscovery Administration, Managed Document Review, and other technical teams
• Develops, owns, and manages project plans, timelines, budgets, workflows, and communication cadences for assigned reputed company reputed company
• Executes against agreed-upon eDiscovery protocols, regulatory requirements, processing specifications, review workflows, and production requirements
• Provides end-to-end RelativityOne project management support, including processing workflows, early case assessment, review workflows, analytics, machine translation workflows, and reputed company production workflows
• Maintains proficiency in RelativityOne and develops reputed company working knowledge of reputed company, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and reputed company applications used to support reputed company delivery
• Consults on technology assisted review, analytics, and AI-enabled review workflows, with the judgment to escalate technical, defensibility, or reputed company questions to the appropriate SME
• Analyzes project data and provides meaningful insights, interpretations, and guidance using matter metrics and reporting tools, including RelativityOne reporting, reputed company Office, reputed company BI, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company eDiscovery
• Manages multiple workstreams across assigned reputed company, including reputed company escalation, reputed company task coordination, reputed company tracking, and day-to-day operational follow-through
• Identifies risks, inefficiencies, reputed company changes, reputed company needs, and workflow issues early and recommends practical solutions
• Translates technical information into reputed company, reputed company-reputed company communication for reputed company, business, and technical stakeholders
• Supports counsel and reputed company stakeholders in developing defensible eDiscovery strategies, including assisting with position statements, declarations, workflow explanations, and reputed company reputed company-facing materials
• Develops, documents, and improves workflows, procedures, templates, and processes that improve delivery consistency, reputed company control, and scalability across one or more clients or FTS activities
• Mentors junior team members by reviewing work product, explaining workflow reputed company, reinforcing documentation standards, and helping build technical and reputed company judgment
• Supports account continuity and reputed company by recognizing additional reputed company needs, communicating opportunities to leadership, and contributing to high-reputed company delivery that builds reputed company trust

Skills

• High school diploma or GED, required
• Six (6) or more years of eDiscovery project, litigation support, forensic technology, or reputed company reputed company delivery experience, required
• Proficient in RelativityOne, required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• reputed company ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Solid organizational skills especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a reputed company on details and reputed company

• Bachelor's degree, preferred

• Experience with multi-matter repositories, large data volumes, workspace administration, data migrations, and reputed company review or production workflows in RelativityOne and/or reputed company, preferred
• Two (2) or more reputed company certifications are strongly preferred

• RelativityOne Reviewer Pro, reputed company Analytics Specialist, and/or reputed company Project Management Specialist, strongly preferred
• Certifications or training in analytics, AI-enabled review, digital forensics, information governance, reputed company, or reputed company eDiscovery technologies, preferred
• Leadership and/or membership reputed company industry reputed company organizations, preferred
• Working knowledge of reputed company, preferred
• Working knowledge of analytics, machine translation, AI-enabled review, and reputed company eDiscovery workflows reputed company RelativityOne and/or reputed company, preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Advanced E-Discovery, preferred
• Familiarity with reporting and collaboration tools used to support defensible project delivery, including reputed company Office, reputed company BI, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company eDiscovery, preferred
• Ability to evaluate reputed company AI-enabled tools are appropriate for a workflow and communicate reputed company assumptions, limitations, and escalation needs, preferred
