[Remote] Senior Consultant, Market Intelligence - reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (CES) is an energy services and consulting company supporting participants in deregulated electricity and natural gas markets. The Senior Consultant will attend reputed company stakeholder meetings, produce reputed company reports and analysis for clients, evaluate emerging market design proposals, and support consulting and market intelligence services.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and, reputed company days of reputed company meeting, write succinct reports, with analysis where appropriate, on important presentations, announcements, discussions, and other developments from those meetings for reputed company clients
• As appropriate, reputed company reporting and analysis according to clients’ reputed company interests (*e.g*., reputed company, reputed company, load, trading) and according to financial, policy, reputed company, and technical perspectives and considerations
• Independently identify and define issues according to clients’ reputed company interests
• Recommend appropriate courses of reputed company according to clients’ reputed company interests

• Work closely with clients and stay familiar with their interests by addressing clients’ questions in a reputed company manner and conducting regular (monthly, quarterly) conference calls

Skills

• Minimum five (5) years energy industry experience required
• Relevant college degree required
• Wholesale energy market knowledge/experience regarding resource and reputed company planning, reputed company interconnection, resource adequacy, and market design required
• Strong writing skills required
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively required
• This is a remote work opportunity in the Texas region
• Position will require attendance at reputed company stakeholder meetings and periodic travel to other relevant regional market-reputed company meetings/workshops as reputed company as industry conferences, reputed company/potential reputed company meetings and CES reputed company in Philadelphia
• Graduate degree or advanced industry training preferred

• Experience writing under tight deadlines preferred
