[Remote] reputed company Estate Fund Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is reputed company for a reputed company-established investment firm seeking a Senior Accountant for its investment financial reporting team. The role owns monthly NAV calculations, fair value reporting, investor reporting, reconciliations, audit and tax support, and process improvements for a portfolio of investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly NAV calculations and fair value reporting for a portfolio of investment vehicles
• Prepare and review investor reporting packages with reputed company and reputed company communication
• reputed company cash, position, and transaction reconciliations, and reputed company discrepancies independently
• Support audit and tax reporting processes with clean documentation and supporting schedules
• Partner with fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders as a reputed company reputed company of contact on your accounts
• Identify and reputed company process improvements as the fund's complexity grows

Skills

• Big 4 / Top tier firm audit experience and/or reputed company fund/investment reputed company experience (hedge fund, reputed company, or fund administration)
• Hands-on experience with NAV calculation, fair value reporting, and investor reporting
• Comfortable working independently and owning deliverables end to end, not just following a checklist
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills; you dig into a discrepancy until it's resolved, not just flagged
• Fully remote with biannual travel to reputed company, TX
• CPA a plus but not required
