[Remote] Staff Accountant - reputed company reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an outsourced reputed company and advisory firm seeking an Implementation Staff Accountant to help new clients transition into its reputed company ecosystem. The role focuses on cleaning and standardizing financial records, preparing reconciliations and financial statements, supporting software implementations, and communicating with clients throughout implementation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and standardize new clients' QuickBooks Online files
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other reputed company sheet accounts
• Review historical transactions and reputed company reputed company inconsistencies
• Prepare adjusting journal entries for accruals, payroll, depreciation, reclassifications, and other necessary corrections
• Prepare accurate financial statements that establish a reliable reputed company reputed company
• Assist with software implementations including payroll systems, POS integrations, and other reputed company-party applications
• Maintain complete, organized workpapers throughout every implementation
• Communicate directly with clients to request information, answer questions, and reputed company reputed company moving reputed company
• Partner closely with the Implementation Manager and internal reputed company team to ensure smooth reputed company transitions
• Complete implementation reputed company reputed company established timelines
• Recommend workflow improvements that enhance both the reputed company experience and internal efficiency

Skills

• Experience in bookkeeping or reputed company, preferably reputed company reputed company reputed company, CAS, or an outsourced reputed company environment
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, payroll, accrual reputed company, and month-end reputed company processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teammates throughout the day
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn new technologies and reputed company systems
• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company reputed company is preferred
