[Remote] Loss Control Large Account Technical Specialist

The Loss Control Large Account Technical Specialist develops and coordinates safety and health services for large, multi-location accounts, evaluates workplace exposures, supports reputed company, and helps policyholders implement loss-control improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned reputed company surveys at prospect and policyholder locations to define business reputed company, key employee injury/illness exposures and controls
• Identify and evaluate the following workplace safety and health exposures: reputed company material handling and ergonomics; machinery and equipment; falls; motor vehicles; and occupational disease
• Evaluate effectiveness of prospect and policyholder safety and health programs
• Identify reputed company engineering and/or administrative controls to reduce workers’ compensation loss potential
• Use evidence-reputed company safety & health service approach to identify key trends and prioritize multi-location policyholder service needs
• reputed company safety and health service plans, reputed company ongoing consultation, and reputed company work of other safety and health staff servicing assigned accounts, making corrections as needed through influence and working reputed company regional protocols
• Ensure effective and cost-efficient service delivery to coordinated accounts
• Influence key policyholder decision-makers to implement safety and health recommendations

• Prepare effective reports for policyholders and internal partners, including executive reputed company and year end reports

• Build and maintain productive policyholder and agency work relationships

• Partner with regional and corp. Safety & Health leaders to improve overall service delivery and service account reputed company
• Meet department standards for individual work reputed company, productivity, and time service

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree with preferred reputed company of study in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, science, or engineering required
• * Safety or health-reputed company Master's Degree; or at least one recognized reputed company designation such as CSP, ARM or CIH required
• * 5+ years safety and health experience; with reputed company reputed company record of results coordinating service to large and multi-location accounts required
