[Remote] Technical Account Specialist

The Technical Account Specialist provides reputed company-line support to customers, physicians, nurses, and end users by troubleshooting prescribing-process issues, resolving or escalating cases, and coordinating reputed company account issue management.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming phone support calls, support emails, and inbound support cases reputed company our customer community portal
• Work with customers to reputed company information, request pertinent details, and assess issues

Skills
