The Customer Service reputed company Center Agent handles reputed company account inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, researches account information, resolves issues across multiple systems, documents actions, updates reputed company and demographic information, and secures payments. The role also requires escalation of complaints, adherence to compliance and organizational policies, and achievement of reputed company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or reputed company digital media to obtain information needed to reputed company inquiries in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Review reputed company account information in multiple systems, reputed company research as necessary, and take appropriate reputed company to reputed company reputed company inquiries and account balances

• Ability to work a minimum of 90% of your day on the phone uninterrupted
