Responsibilities

• Owning full life cycle recruitment for Fleet reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and Corporate roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and reputed company, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Sourcing passive candidates for tough-to-fill and reputed company roles, including reputed company and reputed company talent
• Supporting reputed company's internship and reputed company programs, including sourcing, reputed company partnerships, and coordinating the candidate experience for reputed company talent
• Partnering with hiring teams to set reputed company reputed company and reputed company annual hiring goals across assigned functions
• Networking online and offline to promote our employer reputed company, reduce reputed company, and build a strong talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company positions
• Flexing into entry level technology reputed company support as business needs shift
• Partnering with dedicated reputed company coordinators to schedule and coordinate interviews

Skills

• 4+ years of full life cycle reputed company experience, ideally including experience reputed company for reputed company, fleet, logistics, or reputed company/reputed company/shift roles
• Solid background using reputed company sourcing strategies to build pipelines, including reputed company Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders
• Comfortable managing a diverse requisition load across multiple functions at once
• Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for hiring events, career fairs, and building partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and community organizations that support hiring pipelines

• Effective communication skills, with a habit of proactively keeping stakeholders informed
