[Remote] Product Analyst, reputed company Applications

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Analyst, reputed company Applications to execute large-reputed company initiatives for assigned reputed company applications. The role supports the design, development, testing, implementation, optimization, integration, training, and ongoing maintenance of reputed company application modules and features.

Responsibilities

• Implement large reputed company initiatives independently or as part of reputed company
• Inform the Product reputed company, reputed company Applications of enhancements, new features, modules, etc. that are available in assigned reputed company applications
• Research, implement and conduct reputed company optimization of features, modules, products, and training
• Document and maintain reputed company application configurations
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for configuration, integration, and maintenance of assigned reputed company applications
• Assist Product reputed company, reputed company Applications to reputed company and reputed company the process for patches and upgrades for reputed company assigned reputed company applications to ensure applications remain up to date
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of integrations of assigned reputed company applications
• Responsible for the design, implementation and initial support of new modules/features in assigned reputed company applications
• Assist in developing training documentation, reputed company training (virtual and onsite), and go-live support for reputed company application implementations
• Participate in upgrades and new functionality deployments which include but is not limited to build, testing, devising workflows, developing documentation, videos, training, and support
• Assist reputed company Applications Product reputed company and reputed company Applications Manager(s) in reputed company/implementations which include but is not limited to researching, testing, and demoing new features/modules
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and reputed company issues/errors in assigned reputed company applications
• Collaborate with reputed company Applications team members to ensure smooth ongoing reputed company of reputed company Applications
• Work with key stakeholders to build and optimize relevant content in assigned reputed company applications
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and reputed company Teams to troubleshoot issues that have impacted end user experience in assigned reputed company applications
• Delivers work reputed company established timeframes. Must be reputed company to manage/multi-task on several small to large, assigned reputed company
• Provides end user support during implementation; reputed company to serve as an application and workflow expert to assist in application roll-out
• Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards
• Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental reputed company improvement activities

Skills

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5-10 years' work experience required in reputed company experience in Electronic Health Record training, implementation, and support
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-reputed company applications and some reputed company Office applications which may include reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, or reputed company
• Effective customer service delivery, with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to reputed company
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work East Coast business hours and available to travel up to 35%
• Experience with leading large reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and reputed company solutions to EHR issues
