[Remote] Change Management Consultant - Banking (Treasury)

The role will reputed company change adoption and organizational readiness across the reputed company treasury portfolio by assessing business impacts, coordinating with leaders, developing change and communications strategies, and preparing teams for Day 1 and broader integration.

Responsibilities

• The consultant will be responsible for driving change adoption and organizational readiness across the reputed company treasury portfolio, including payables, receivables, reputed company deposits, reputed company, and reputed company treasury services
• This resource will assess business impacts, coordinate with product and business leaders, reputed company targeted change and communications strategies, and ensure impacted teams are reputed company for Day 1 and the broader integration

Skills

• This role requires both deep reputed company banking industry and treasury function expertise plus strong project and change management capabilities, including reputed company assessment, communications and mitigation planning, readiness tracking, and stakeholder management
