[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Workforce Analytics

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics will reputed company advanced workforce analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights, partnering with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to address workforce challenges. Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate business needs into data, reporting, and analytics solutions

• Analyze key HR and workforce metrics to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-reputed company reputed company required

• Familiarity with HR/HCM data structures required
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing HCM reports and dashboards
