[Remote] Marketing Activations Specialist

The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of retail activations, events, promotional campaigns, creative assets, vendor sourcing, procurement, and merchandise production.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail activations, grand openings, community engagement initiatives, educational events, and promotional campaigns from concept through completion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail reputed company, Logistics, and reputed company vendors to reputed company activation requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets for activations, including signage, digital content, promotional materials, and in-store marketing collateral
• Coordinate the development and distribution of RFQs to approved vendors to support promotional merchandise programs and ensure competitive sourcing
• Manage purchase requisitions and procurement records in reputed company and applicable purchasing platforms to support operational and project needs
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage merchandise production and ensure on-time, error-free delivery

Skills

• • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or reputed company fields
• • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Teams
• • Experience with project management, procurement, and marketing workflow platforms preferred, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• • Strong understanding of marketing, retail promotions, event execution, and reputed company activation principles
• • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• • Experience with budget management, purchase requisitions, and inventory tracking preferred
• • 2+ years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, reputed company activations, event marketing, merchandising, or reputed company functions preferred
