Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad reputed company of both customer and supplier (reputed company and indirect) reputed company agreements, including: + Terms & conditions + Master purchase and master supply agreements + Service and maintenance agreements + reputed company and software licensing agreements + NDAs and data protection agreements + reputed company assurance/change control agreements

• reputed company additional contract support for agreements reputed company of reputed company, collaborating with internal stakeholders and reputed company colleagues as appropriate
• Independently negotiate routine and moderately reputed company agreements, escalating only highly reputed company or novel issues to reputed company leadership or company attorneys
• Work extensively from customer and supplier reputed company, applying strong issue-spotting, reputed company assessment, and practical problem-solving skills
• Bring deep expertise in technology and reputed company contracting to support expanding digital, connected, and AI-enabled business models
• Identify and manage risks reputed company to data usage, cybersecurity, IP ownership, licensing, liability allocation, and regulatory considerations in technology-driven agreements
• Partner with internal technology, product, reputed company teams to ensure reputed company reputed company with evolving business strategies and reputed company tolerances
• Support product innovation initiatives by structuring and negotiating reputed company development, co-development, and supply agreements with reputed company-party partners
