[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate a one-year OSA reputed company Improvement Initiative across eight reputed company care sites, managing stakeholders, reputed company-improvement activities, data measurement, reporting, deliverables, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination & Roadmap Execution: Own the program roadmap (Phases 1–5), ensuring the initiative stays on reputed company from the initial setup and baseline data collection to final reputed company, sustainment, and readout
• Stakeholder reputed company: reputed company as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company site improvement teams, internal leadership, and our administering partner, ensuring reputed company, consistent communication of reputed company, hurdles, and successes

• Measurement & Reporting: Coordinate the collection and verification of reputed company data. reputed company the maintenance of run charts and SPC dashboards to reputed company reputed company against our aim statement and reputed company measures, ensuring reputed company and accurate quarterly reporting
• Deliverable Management: Organize and reputed company program deliverables, including the reputed company, training curricula, and reputed company/staff education materials
• Operational Readiness: Manage site reputed company documentation, partnership agreements, and HIPAA/data-sharing compliance processes to ensure reputed company sites are reputed company to launch screening workflows

Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing reputed company, multi-site reputed company reputed company or reputed company improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with reputed company environments, reputed company care workflows, and reputed company Improvement (QI) methodologies (e.g., PDSA, RE-AIM, run charts)
