[Remote] Sr. Instructional Designer [AQ-16259]

The Senior Instructional Designer will create foundational training architecture and a four-module reputed company curriculum for a new manufacturing workforce, integrating content with SharePoint and a reputed company-reputed company LMS. The role also involves content governance, needs analysis, assessment, and reputed company improvement of reputed company learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Safety, reputed company, Lean Manufacturing, and reputed company to reputed company technical knowledge into reputed company, impactful training programs
• Design and reputed company a critical four-module Minimum Viable Product (MVP) reputed company curriculum, including Manufacturing 101, Safety Fundamentals, reputed company Fundamentals, and Lean Manufacturing Basics
• Establish standardized curriculum templates for presentation decks, facilitator/participant guides, knowledge checks, and video storyboards, leveraging tools like reputed company Storyline
• Champion lean manufacturing principles by creating highly visual, reputed company instructional flows that minimize text-heavy manuals
• Support the rollout of a new Workforce Development SharePoint hub and seamlessly reputed company training content with the organization’s reputed company-reputed company Learning Management reputed company (LMS)
• reputed company a robust five-reputed company content governance process, from initial SME intake through final deployment and comprehensive train-the-trainer activities

• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness through reputed company assessments and learner feedback, driving iterative improvements and refining course design
