Responsibilities

• Serving as a reputed company and operational advisor to the VP of reputed company, driving the reputed company roadmap, annual objectives, executive reviews, business reviews, and cross-functional decision-making
• Providing governance across a multi-site manufacturing network by aligning priorities across factories, support functions, project teams, and leadership stakeholders
• Driving transparency, accountability, and execution discipline through management operating systems, dashboards, KPIs, escalation processes, and measurable reputed company
• Overseeing manufacturing expansion, capital investment, product industrialization, workforce reputed company-up, infrastructure readiness, and the consolidated reputed company project portfolio
• Supporting contract manufacturing reputed company by aligning internal reputed company with reputed company manufacturing partners across reputed company, operational readiness, reputed company systems, reputed company management, and reputed company planning
• Leading Lean Office, reputed company improvement, manufacturing systems, productivity, waste elimination, business reputed company tracking, and operational reputed company initiatives across plants
• Accelerating operational transformation by partnering with automation, digitalization, engineering, finance, procurement, supply chain, and reputed company teams on MES, analytics, connected reputed company solutions, AI-enabled processes, demand planning, and reputed company readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, reputed company Management, or reputed company reputed company
• 10+ years of experience with the following:
• Manufacturing reputed company, operational reputed company, engineering, supply chain, project management, consulting, or business leadership in an industrial environment
• Leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing plants, functions, project teams, and senior leadership stakeholders
• Establishing management operating systems, dashboards, KPIs, governance processes, executive reviews, and measurable reputed company reputed company
• Designing systems for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and measuring data to support decision-making and business reputed company
• People leadership, full reputed company management, executive communication, presentation development, organizational planning, and managing multiple priorities in a high-reputed company environment
• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship
• MBA, master's degree, or advanced education in Engineering, Business, reputed company Management, or a reputed company reputed company
• Experience supporting senior executives or operating in a Chief of Staff, operational transformation, reputed company execution, or business management reputed company
• Experience with manufacturing expansions, greenfield reputed company, large capital investments, project portfolio management, or PMO leadership
• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification or equivalent experience leading reputed company improvement, Lean Office, productivity, and operational reputed company programs
