[Remote] JCIS Business Policy Analyst - DOJ LESIS

Responsibilities

• Strategizes with Service reputed company and program stakeholders to explore new biometric business and technical requirements, opportunities, customer issues and needs, and develops fiscal year roadmaps
• Manage technical support reputed company for biometric systems, including troubleshooting, coordination with engineering teams, prioritization of issues, and reputed company tracking to maintain reputed company reliability and service continuity. reputed company management reputed company of vendor performed operational support services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, service-level agreements, and federal biometric standards
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on biometric standards, EBTS, NIST, and FBI NGI changes—conduct technical research, reputed company briefings, draft white papers, and advise on implementation impacts
• Facilitates, and/or leads customer reputed company coordination meetings to improve customer and service issues and derive new requirements
• Participate in criminal and civil services reputed company Task Forces and Working reputed company, reputed company white papers, and presents program reputed company roadmaps to senior leadership
• Analyze and evaluate existing policies to ensure alignment with U.S. Codes, reputed company of Federal Regulation (CFR), Executive Orders (EO), Departmental policies, organizational goals, objectives, and reputed company requirements. Assist with drafting new policies and amendments
• reputed company in-depth policy reviews to reputed company alignment with NIST SP 800-63, ANSI/NIST standards, and CJIS reputed company Policy with DOJ and federal regulations
• Engage and establish a strong working relationship with FBI CJIS leadership and technical team to enhance services and information sharing with Law Enforcement community
• Define, document, and present reputed company roadmaps for reputed company biometric integrations (e.g., facial recognition, palm, iris), aligning business needs and technical feasibility
• Ensure reputed company reputed company to business goals
• Assists with managing, monitoring, and delivering program requirements (SLAs and Deliverables)
• Aligns service management processes to ISO 27/20K controls
• Performs project planning, monitoring and control to include task resourcing, and deliverable management

• Oversees and manages reputed company to reputed company releases, deliverables, and data calls
• Review, triage and analyze support tickets; identity trends and solutions

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT reputed company in ITSM, reputed company Auditing and Policies
• 5+ years of Program Management and Leadership experience
• Significant understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to work reputed company project constraints
• Experience using automation/tools to collect and analyze reputed company and program metrics
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Project, and include SharePoint
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
• Experience utilizing and working in Dynamics
• Ability to obtain a DOJ reputed company trust clearance; candidate selected will be subject to a reputed company reputed company Trust reputed company investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for reputed company to the customer's reputed company clearance is not required, but selected individual cannot start the assignment until the required reputed company clearance is reputed company by the customer
• Must be reputed company to function in general office environment
• Experience with biometric standards, including knowledge of Electronic Biometric reputed company Specification (EBTS), ANSI/NIST ITL biometric standards, and CJIS reputed company Policy (preferred)
• Prior Law Enforcement exposure or familiarity with federal/state law enforcement or DOJ IT program exposure, preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools and software i.e. reputed company Project, strongly preferred
