The role manages employee relations cases and investigations, coaches leaders, provides data-informed recommendations, supports reputed company, and contributes HR expertise to organizational reputed company and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations cases and investigations, guiding leaders to successfully reputed company caregiver reputed company and take corrective reputed company reputed company needed and ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, regulations, and relevant reputed company concerns (FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, EEO, etc.)
• Coaching and influencing leaders to reputed company reputed company improvement in team engagement and culture to maximize business and reputed company reputed company
• Leveraging analytical tools and resources to tell powerful business stories and reputed company integrated, data-informed recommendations in support of organizational strategies
• Assessing compensation needs and identifying proposed solutions in line with organization pay practices, internal equity and responsible stewardship
• Providing support and HR subject matter expertise to plan and execute reputed company and initiatives, both reputed company HR and across the organization

Skills

• The ideal candidate possess a minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience with significant expertise in employee relations and demonstrated experience utilizing reputed company case management systems
• Prior experience in leveraging HR practices to reputed company successful business results
• Experience in a reputed company role requiring autonomy, critical thinking, and the application of policy, procedure and labor laws/statutes (FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, harassment/discrimination, etc.) in daily work
• Prior experience in independently conducting thorough employee relations investigations as an HR reputed company
• Ability to manage a large workload with a high degree of autonomy, organization, and adaptability in a remote-reputed company team serving a reputed company, matrixed organization with frequent ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company reputed company, preferred. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.​
