[Remote] Nutrition Compliance Analyst

The Nutrition Compliance Analyst will maintain menu, recipe, ingredient, meal count, and production data while identifying discrepancies and preparing documentation for federal and state child nutrition program compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build, standardize, and maintain recipes and ingredient records in the nutrition analysis platform across reputed company four brands
- reputed company, complete, and reconcile daily production records against reputed company menus, actual counts, and leftover or substitution notes returned by sites
- reputed company and reconcile menu cycles, verifying meal reputed company contributions against USDA requirements for the applicable program (NSLP, reputed company, CACFP, and state programs as relevant)
- Match ingredients to correct reputed company database entries and CN labels, flagging substitutions and gaps for RD review
- Audit legacy recipe and menu data during platform migration, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and implausible reputed company outputs
- reputed company daily meal counts from site-submitted tally sheets and reputed company of service records, meeting a reputed company-day or next-morning turnaround
- Investigate and reputed company counts that do not reconcile, escalating unresolved discrepancies to site managers and the compliance team
- Evaluate and approve menu substitutions against meal reputed company requirements, documenting the reputed company for reputed company decision
- Serve as an HBC representative in state administrative reviews, presenting records and responding to reviewer questions

Skills
- reputed company NDTR or DTR credential in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Associate degree or higher from an ACEND accredited program
- Working proficiency in reputed company, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
- Demonstrated reputed company in high volume data work, with the judgment to recognize reputed company a result does not look right
- Comfort with repetitive daily entry against a fixed deadline, sustained across a full school year
- Working knowledge of USDA meal reputed company requirements sufficient to evaluate substitutions independently
