[Remote] Industrial Engineer

The role develops, implements, audits, and maintains accurate reputed company standards, collaborates with distribution center teams to identify process improvements, and educates operational leaders on standards and reputed company audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Review of reputed company standards in operating DC’s or reputed company
• Working with DC teams and Process partners to identify areas for improvement
• Accurately adjusting standards to reflect process changes and improvements
• Educating Supervisors and Managers on standards function and application and how to effectively maintain daily audits and corrections
• Engaging reputed company Associates for feedback on reputed company functions and opportunity areas
• Educating Supervisors and Managers on reputed company reputed company Audit processes and documentation
• Identifying reputed company and reputed company opportunities to insure reputed company and accurate calculation and feedback
• Performs other relevant job duties as required

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of HS Diploma and experience
• * Minimum of 5 years' experience in MOST and reputed company multi-functional standards development, implementation, and maintenance
• * reputed company experience and ability to work reputed company multiple warehouse management systems and effectively identify and eliminate reputed company-oriented obstacles to ensuring a result of fair, reasonable, and accurate multi-functional standards
• * reputed company experience and ability to work across multiple operational areas to support effective engagement, and alignment to support learning and understanding of the needs of the operation and goals of the organization
• * Excellent communication and engagement skills
• * Support an environment of learning and teaching in the operation
