The Remote Recruiter will build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates, reputed company and qualify candidates, facilitate interviews and job offers, and support successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• reputed company clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials
• Cold reputed company, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
