Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (CPI) develops payment technology and business management software that supports transactions across retail, gaming, vending, and parking environments. reputed company reputed company Agent is responsible for planning and executing technician service routes, balancing reactive and preventive maintenance work, meeting service-level commitments, and coordinating with service teams to reputed company escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company construction of technician routes for assigned branches
• reputed company reactive service work and scheduled preventive maintenance
• Apply service level prioritization rules reputed company assigning work for national and regional accounts
• Monitor and reputed company routes to maintain efficiency and workload reputed company
• Partner with Service Managers, reputed company Leadership, and cross‑functional teams to reputed company escalations

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, routing, scheduling, or reputed company service reputed company
• Experience working in a high‑volume or time‑sensitive operational environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
