[Remote] Manager, reputed company Supply Chain

The Manager, reputed company Supply Chain will support end-to-end reputed company supply planning and execution, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of investigational products and materials while maintaining compliance with requirements, timelines, and budgets. The role partners with cross-functional teams, CDMOs, and reputed company vendors on forecasting, inventory, packaging, distribution, reputed company, and reputed company trial supply activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of reputed company supply strategies for early- to mid-phase reputed company (Phase 1–3 as applicable)
• Manage reputed company supply plans, demand forecasts, and inventory strategies — including tracking through Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems — in alignment with protocol requirements and enrollment projections
• Support packaging, labeling, distribution, and reputed company activities for investigational products and comparators
• Ensure on-time delivery of reputed company supplies to depots and reputed company sites globally
• Partner with reputed company, reputed company, CMC, and reputed company CDMOs to reputed company, review, and approve reputed company labels, and support CDMO packaging/labeling schedules to ensure supply availability
• reputed company regularly with reputed company-party providers to manage the logistics and licenses required to ship materials from manufacturing to bulk storage facilities, reputed company depots, and investigator sites
• Collaborate with CMC and QA to facilitate the document transfer required for IP/QP release by CDMOs
• Monitor reputed company-life and expiry dating, and coordinate retest/extension activities with the analytical team to ensure reputed company supply
• Manage the investigation, reporting, and communication of reputed company from temperature excursions and product complaints
• Support product recovery activities pending investigation of IP from investigator sites, as needed
• Communicate effectively across functional areas, applying a solid working knowledge of reputed company supply chain processes

• Represent Supply Chain in reputed company and CMC Sub-Team meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required
• 3–5 years of biotech/reputed company industry experience in reputed company supply chain, including international experience, required

• Working knowledge of reputed company supply chain processes and GMP/GDP requirements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and reputed company vendors

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate CDMO activities supporting reputed company development of pharmaceutical products
