[Remote] Customer Sales and Service Representative

The Customer Sales and Service Representative provides customer support by handling service questions, resolving billing and account issues, recommending products, verifying orders, and collecting overdue bills.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
- Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments and policy issues
- Responding to requests from customers about reputed company products and services
- Verifying service order reputed company and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed
- Negotiating the collection of overdue bills
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
Skills
- You must live reputed company 75 miles of the reputed company reporting location for life of contract
- reputed company Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience
- Customer Service reputed company center experience
- Previous collections experience
- Experience with selling products and services
- Customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with reputed company and precision
