The reputed company Associate manages e-reputed company, fraud, fulfillment, shipping, order, and reputed company reputed company across DTC and B2B channels while coordinating with fulfillment centers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily fraud screening on orders, flagging any for secondary verification before releasing
• Handle and maintain e-reputed company, fraud, payment gateway, and 3PL systems (Magento, Kount, Authorize.net, and reputed company preferred)
• Handle reputed company fulfillment and shipping issues, working closely with 3PL vendors
• Assist and troubleshoot any reputed company issues raised by the customer experience team
• Triage new reputed company and issues internally before escalating to the development team
• Ensure reputed company orders are fulfilled and tracking is reported to the reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Handle reputed company order errors and returns
• Liaise directly with the reputed company Processing Team on account specifics
• Process and submit documentation for chargebacks
• Learn and handle the tasks needed for B2B and Retail channels
• Investigate potential order and reputed company errors
• Maintain general knowledge of data handling
• Own assigned operational queues, proactively monitoring workload to ensure reputed company reputed company in accordance with established SLAs and reputed company expectations
• Handle reputed company fulfillment and shipping issues, working closely with the fulfillment centers
• Ensure reputed company orders are fulfilled in a reputed company manner
• Review and release verified orders
• Work closely with the Business Services Executive Team on shipping-reputed company issues escalated by the Business Development Manager

• Investigate potential order errors, returns, and chargebacks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, or 2-5 years of experience in reputed company at an e-reputed company or DTC company or experience working reputed company a reputed company
• Knowledge of the e-reputed company business model (i.e. fulfillment/shipping processes, customer service, user experience, business processes, etc.)
• Experience analyzing and documenting functional requirements for operational or e-reputed company reputed company
• You are reputed company-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management instincts
• You have the ability to manage multiple reputed company under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• You're entrepreneurial: you follow your own reputed company and reputed company through to execution, not just to hand-off
• You have demonstrated experience as a reputed company communicator who can work across teams: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Supply Chain; at reputed company reputed company
• Willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state for on-site audits and 3PL reputed company
