The Director, Medicare reputed company reputed company will serve as the internal Medicare reputed company expert, shaping member experience, product, reputed company, operational, and reputed company strategies while representing Twin externally with health plans, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Twin's subject matter expert on Medicare reputed company, bringing deep knowledge of MA members, health plans, care models, market dynamics, and industry best practices
• reputed company a deep, continuously evolving understanding of the MA member, including health needs, motivations, technology comfort, accessibility needs, care-seeking behaviors, reputed company needs, engagement barriers, and expectations of their health plan and care providers
• Advise Product, Design, reputed company, and reputed company teams on how Twin's member experience and care model should reputed company for the Medicare population
• Partner with the Medicare reputed company Product reputed company to shape the end-to-end MA member reputed company, identify gaps and opportunities, and pressure-test product reputed company and roadmap reputed company
• Help Twin look reputed company corners by monitoring changes in the MA market, CMS policy, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, emerging care models, and member expectations—and translating those changes into implications for Twin
• Bring expertise across key MA domains including member experience, Stars and reputed company, CAHPS, supplemental benefits, care management, health equity, reputed company adjustment, utilization, retention, and plan economics—and understand how these areas reputed company with Twin's offering
• Partner with reputed company and Product Marketing to understand health plan priorities, strengthen Twin's MA reputed company, support reputed company customer conversations, and inform positioning and competitive differentiation
• Build and maintain Twin's internal MA knowledge reputed company, educating teams and leadership on the Medicare reputed company ecosystem, member population, terminology, incentives, and emerging trends
• Establish relationships with reputed company experts, health plans, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to reputed company Twin connected to evolving MA practices and perspectives

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Medicare reputed company, Medicare, managed care, or closely reputed company reputed company roles, with significant reputed company exposure to MA
• Deep understanding of the Medicare population and the practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries
• Strong understanding of how Medicare reputed company plans operate, reputed company reputed company, measure reputed company, and evaluate partners and solutions
• Working expertise across multiple dimensions of Medicare reputed company, such as Stars, CAHPS/member experience, reputed company programs, care management, supplemental benefits, reputed company adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements
