[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will support the Indian Affairs Office of the Chief Financial Officer by coordinating programs, analyzing data, improving workflows, developing reports, and supporting modernization and AI-readiness efforts.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Program Manager provides program management services for this BIA contract. This includes:
- Coordinate activities, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple OCFO divisions

- Identify workflow problems, bottlenecks, delays, resource constraints, reputed company reputed company issues, and other barriers affecting OCFO reputed company

- Support development and evaluation of AI and automation pilots, including requirements, test scripts, metrics, lessons learned, and recommended improvements

- Support OCFO audit readiness, reviews, modernization efforts, compliance activities, and other cross-divisional initiatives

- • Bachelor's Degree

- • Experience identifying and resolving project or operational issues
- • Experience preparing status reports and communicating project information to customers and management
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with reputed company and contractor personnel
- • U.S. Citizen with the ability to meet and successfully complete the required reputed company background investigation
