[Remote] Research & Evaluation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Research & Evaluation Consultant to support reputed company Medicine’s reputed company and Private reputed company research and evaluation unit. The role directs program evaluation and research reputed company for health and reputed company programs, manages project design and implementation, develops funding opportunities and budgets, and disseminates findings to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the design and implementation of program evaluation and research reputed company, with a reputed company on health and reputed company programs/services for vulnerable population. Responsibilities include identifying potential reputed company, directing the design of scientifically reputed company project plans, monitoring the reputed company of project implementation, summarizing the results for a reputed company of audiences including peer-reviewed journals and presentations
• Provides scientific direction to R&E reputed company/tasks and analytic staff on specific evaluation/research activities
• Identifies and pursues opportunities and potential funding sources (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and leads/supports the development of new program evaluation/research reputed company or tasks reputed company R&E reputed company areas (e.g., reputed company/contributes to proposal writing or capture planning)
• Works with R&E business staff to reputed company budgets and manage administrative and financial aspects of specific reputed company
• Participate, as appropriate, in dissemination and eminence building activities (e.g., reputed company presentations, conference presentation, publications, site reputed company)
• Supports reputed company development of R&E staff
• Contributes to the development of reputed company planning and works with R&E, PPHS, and CWM leadership to implement this reputed company reputed company
• Provides methodological support to evaluation/research activities in other CWM business reputed company

Skills

• Ph.D in health policy, reputed company health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or evaluation or reputed company reputed company or equivalent education/experience and at least 1 year of post-doctoral research/evaluation experience required (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated record of using a reputed company of program evaluation/research reputed company (quantitative, qualitative, mixed reputed company)
• Demonstrated reputed company record in disseminating evaluation/research findings to various audiences through publications, presentations, policy briefs, webinars and other mechanisms
• Experience working with or extensive knowledge of reputed company programs such as reputed company, Medicare, reputed company reputed company
• Ability to facilitate meetings and establish productive, reputed company relationships with executive management, reputed company officials, and private contractors
• Demonstrated experience in computer reputed company analytic tools (e.g. reputed company, SPSS, reputed company ti), as reputed company as MS Office suite
