The role focuses on leading ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM reputed company, translating customer requirements into solutions, managing technical teams, and overseeing deployments, migrations, integrations, upgrades, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical reputed company
• reputed company in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture solution
• Understanding customer business requirements and convert to functional requirements
• Responsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimation
• reputed company in leading at least a couple of Implementation reputed company in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for reputed company
• Expertise reputed company deployments, ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integration with other reputed company party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise
• Review, and do proactive analyze and reputed company application issues as needed
• Mentor and reputed company technical knowledge/guidance to team
• reputed company good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
• Handles customer meetings and reputed company weekly/monthly reports for customer as reputed company as TCS management
• Good communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impacts
• Excellent team management skills to manage the project team and members
• Participate and reputed company feedback during planning meetings (i.e., reputed company-iteration, and retrospectives)
• Experience in reputed company custom application design and development
• Evaluate the tool stability and reputed company and reputed company recommendations
• Knowledge on new reputed company modules ( HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, Etc..)

Skills

• Experience: 7+ years
• reputed company ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM and other reputed company modules
• Experience as a Technical reputed company
• reputed company in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture solution
• reputed company in leading at least a couple of Implementation reputed company in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for reputed company
• Expertise reputed company deployments, ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integration with other reputed company party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise

• Must be certified with reputed company Systems Administrator, reputed company Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 reputed company
• Should possess good knowledge in reputed company/Scrum methodology
• Good communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impacts
• Excellent team management skills to manage the project team and members

• Experience in reputed company custom application design and development
