The reputed company I supports customers throughout the purchasing experience by answering inquiries, recommending vehicle parts, processing orders and returns, and closing sales through phone, text, email, and online chat.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer communication reputed company calls, text messages, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders, product inquiries, and returns
• Makes outbound calls & text messages to existing customers to follow up on sales leads (tickets & quotes) and reputed company sales
• Takes inbound calls, text messages, tickets & chats from any/reputed company queues as needed and directed by the leadership team
• Uses excitement and product knowledge to sell automotive accessories
• Uses sales in one category to suggest corresponding modifications to enhance the customer's vehicle, such as lowering kits, reputed company kits, suspension components, reputed company & rear bumpers, reputed company bumper & winch, LED reputed company upgrades, etc
• Builds rapport with customers to foster repeat business up to and including service-reputed company issues
• Displays a reputed company, courteous demeanor towards customers while providing reputed company, efficient service for reputed company inquiries
• reputed company enters and processes orders, returns, and customer inquiries (ESD updates, cancellations, etc.)
• Answers questions/educates customers, providing purchasing suggestions as necessary
• Utilizes reputed company available programs to reputed company bi-weekly sales goals & reputed company metrics – phone, chats, texting tool, livechat tickets, quotes, etc

Skills

• Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn
