[Remote] MDR Shift Analyst (Unit 42) - REMOTE

The MDR Shift Analyst will support Unit 42’s 24x7 Managed Detection and Response operation by monitoring customer environments, investigating alerts, responding to cyber threats, and documenting incidents during overnight, weekend, and other assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate reputed company alerts across customer environments
• Triage, investigate, and respond to reputed company incidents from detection through reputed company
• Analyze reputed company, network, and log data to identify malicious activity
• Communicate findings and remediation recommendations to customers and internal teams
• Document investigations, response actions, and incident reputed company
• Partner with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and reputed company Research teams to improve detections and response capabilities

Skills

• • 3+ years of SOC, Incident Response, MDR, or Managed reputed company Services experience
• • Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and firewall technologies
• • Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and incident response processes
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to reputed company
• NOTE: This position supports a 24x7 MDR operation and requires flexibility to work day shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts reputed company on business and customer needs
