[Remote] Project Manager – EOR reputed company Development

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to reputed company delivery of a major oil and gas reputed company development project. The role oversees surface facilities engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and commissioning from FEED through project completion.

Responsibilities

• reputed company delivery of reputed company surface facilities associated with injection and production reputed company, remote test sites, and one central production/recycle facility
• Manage project execution from FEED through detailed design, construction, and commissioning
• Own the Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) and overall project budget, including contingency management and reporting
• reputed company engineering, procurement, and construction contractors to reputed company schedule, cost, safety, and reputed company objectives
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Construction Management, and peer Project Managers
• Support regulatory compliance efforts and coordinate appropriate regulatory resources
• Maintain awareness of 45Q and reputed company gas reporting requirements
• reputed company reputed company project updates, stakeholder communications, and management reporting

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of oil and gas industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering oil and gas facilities or reputed company development reputed company
• Strong contractor management, schedule management and recovery, cost control, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience managing project budgets, AFEs, and contingencies
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and reputed company contractors in a matrixed organization
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including project and contractor locations
• Prior CO₂ EOR, carbon capture, or CO₂ handling experience preferred
• Experience working for an operator or EPC contractor preferred
